What we process
- Submitted links: the TeraBox URL you paste is used to resolve file metadata in real time. Links are never stored in a database.
- Rudimentary rate-limit data: we keep a short-lived, in-memory counter per IP address (10 requests/minute) purely to prevent abuse. It is not persisted and cannot be linked to activity history.
- Local browser storage: the last 20 links you resolve are kept in your own browser's localStorage so you can re-open them from the "Recent links" list. This data stays on your device, is never sent to us, and you can wipe it any time with the Clear all button.
What we never do
- We never ask for or accept TeraBox account credentials.
- We never store, log or index the files behind shared links.
- We never sell, rent or share personal data — because we don't collect any.
Files and downloads
Download links we generate point directly to TeraBox's CDN. Your download traffic goes from TeraBox to you; it does not pass through our servers. Generated URLs are signed by TeraBox and expire within hours.
Third parties
We do not include third-party analytics or advertising scripts at this time. If that ever changes, this policy will be updated first.
