DMCA policy
TeraBoxDownloader is a link-resolution service. We do not host, store, cache or transmit any files. When a user submits a TeraBox share link, our server reads publicly available metadata from TeraBox's sharing API and returns a direct URL pointing to the files stored on TeraBox's own infrastructure.
Because we never host content, the appropriate first step for removing infringing material is usually a takedown request to TeraBox / Flextech Inc., who control the underlying storage. Removing the source file makes every generated link invalid immediately.
Filing a notice with us
If you still believe we should act, send a notice including:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed.
- The exact TeraBox share URL(s) submitted through our service.
- Your contact information (name, address, email, phone).
- A statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Send notices to [email protected]. Valid notices are processed within 48 hours. We may block specific share links from being resolved through our service.
Counter-notification
If your content was blocked in error, you may submit a counter-notice with the same contact channel including the blocked URL(s) and the grounds for reversal.
